  • With an HMO plan, you'll receive care from the Mass Advantage provider network of over 1,700 providers and an extensive network of in- network providers in FL & AZ  for members spending time away from Massachusetts
  • ​PPO plan members have the flexibility to use in-network providers or providers nationwide
  • All plans have extra features like our Love My Service Program. And we’re the only Medicare Advantage plan to offer our members UMass Memorial Health’s Hospital at Home program. This unique option allows qualified members to receive hospital-level care within the comfort of their own homes.
  • All Mass Advantage’s plan options include additional benefits not covered under Original Medicare plus unique programs​

Mass Advantage offers access to over 1,700 providers including the trusted resources of the UMass Memorial Health system. With an HMO plan, you'll receive care from within the Mass Advantage provider network. PPO plan members have the additional flexibility to use providers nationwide. Additionally, there is an extensive network of in-network providers in Florida & Arizona for members spending time away from Massachusetts.
